Two siblings, Sally and Michael, restored a mid-century warehouse in Abbotsford to create a ceramics studio, wood workshop, and boutique cinema – then invited everyone to share the space!
“We had this idea to create a place where we could do the things we like doing, and then we thought… hey, maybe other people would like some space to do something they like too…”
That was the inspiration for Mayfield Studios – a creative space for potters, ceramic painters, kids activities, and social gatherings for anyone who loves getting creative and having fun. Come on down – there’s always something happening on Mayfield Street!
We have two locations within walking distance of each other.
The space you’ll be in depends on the type of activity you choose.
The Main Warehouse

The Studio is open to the public and hosts Clay Soirée, Pottery School, Studio Access (Tuesday–Sunday) and our Clubs. Wheelchair access and disabled toilets are both available.
Little Mayfield Studio
Second studio & retail space
305 Victoria Street, Abbotsford, VIC, 3067
Little Mayfield is within walking distance of the main studio and Abbotsford’s restaurants and bars. Accomodating a maximum of six-wheel throwers, Little Mayfield Studio provides more intimate experiences. Slow Soirée, Pottery School and Studio Access are all available here.
